- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
For hygiene and quality assurance, certain personalized items (e.g., engraved pens, custom notebooks) may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Please contact us for clarification on specific products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.
Return Process

- Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds
