Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Destinations

We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery address. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Delivery times for Standard Shipping typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost for your order will be displayed and charged during the checkout process, before you finalize your purchase. This cost is separate from the product total.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. QuillEira has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. QuillEira is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping will require a new shipping payment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse it and contact us immediately at [email protected]. For lost packages, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please allow a reasonable period for the carrier to complete their trace process before contacting us.
