1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the QuillEira website (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including Pens & Writing instruments, Notebooks & Journals, and File Folders & Storage solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. QuillEira reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of QuillEira or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to QuillEira for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and personalized products (e.g., engraved pens or custom notebooks) may only be eligible for exchange or store credit, unless defective.

QuillEira reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
